These terms explain how the website, collector inquiries, licensing requests, and exhibition conversations are handled.

All photographs, text, captions, marks, and downloadable materials are copyright Ricky Kwok unless otherwise stated. Viewing or downloading a preview does not transfer ownership or create permission to reproduce, modify, train an AI system, or distribute an image.
A form submission is a request for information. It is not a purchase, reservation, exhibition booking, license, or permission. A written offer or agreement must state the object, rights, price, timing, and conditions.
Where a signed or accepted written offer conflicts with general website wording, the specific agreement controls for that transaction. The studio may correct or withdraw an unconfirmed listing before an agreement is made.
Do not use the site to submit unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, automated, or abusive requests. Do not send payment-card details, identity documents, passwords, or confidential information through a form.
